Heating of aggregates with hot clean air and room heating
(BKL)
The unit BKL is our own heating system for the aggregates and rooms of concrete plants. The equipment blows clean air of 110 and 130 °C into the aggregates while the amount of the air can be controlled. The fuel can be oil, PB gas and natural gas. The built-in ventilator is able to carry a lot of air whilst the pressure is high. The heat output of the different types is between 220 and 470 kW. An outside heat sensor can be built on the outside surface of the boiler room and the heating would only switch on if the outside temperature would reach the set amount. It is also an option that the unit is programmed on a daily or weekly basis.
